Stupid fucking asshole. He ruined this night for me, I know he did it on purpose. I push him again. “This is your fucking fault.” He only moves back one step, not even enough to make him stumble.

He growls at me. “Fuck you. You know as well as I do that she doesn’t feel the pull for you. Let her the fuck go.” I can tell he is inching towards launching at me.

“She doesn’t feel it for you either. So go fuck yourself. I am willing to take what I can get.”

He smirks at me. “Really, what makes you think she doesn’t feel it?” Why does he look so damn confident.

“She told me.” I can’t wait to pop his little bubble.

He shakes his head. “She told you that she has absolutely no feelings for me? I find that hard to believe.”

“The day you kidnapped her.” I yell back in his face.

He rolls his eyes. “And since. Has she said the same thing since. The way I hear it she is always telling your ass she isn’t interested.” I don’t know, we haven’t talked about it. I don’t want to hear if she does.

“You can’t know until her birthday. You fucking know it as well as I do.” I am yelling but he is standing there so fucking smug and sure of himeself.

“Why don’t you just go back to Kelly. She wants you.”

“She isn’t my mate.” I growl. I knew three months ago when she turned eighteen. I turned a month before that. We were already broken up anyway.

“Never stopped you before.” He sneers at me.

“We dated for a little while, nothing more, no matter what she told your parents.”

“Yeah right.”

“Fucker. I never slept with your sister. She tried, I wanted to wait until we knew. She thought if she told your dad that we did then he would force us to mark each other. Thankfully he doesn’t believe her. Your sister has issues, man. You may want to put a leash on her.” I am upset, ok. Between Kelly and Justin I might lose Cass. I don’t want that.

“Then why aren’t you stopping with Cass if you wanted to wait.”

“Because I feel the pull. She has to too. I think she is fighting it.”

“Or else you’re wrong.”

He growls. “Just stay the fuck away from her, you got that.”

“Over my dead body.”

I growl. “That can be arranged.”

He scoffs and turns his back on me. Showing me that he doesn’t fear me. This just pisses me off even more. “I mean it, Justin, stay away from her.”

“I’m not going to claim her before her birthday. But I guarantee when she scents me, I will be her mate.” He sounds so fucking sure. Damn asshole.
