Our first day of honeymoon was incredible, and it involved a lot of sex. Last night he fucked me hard, and I came three times.

I admired his strength and voracious sexual appetite, and sex was beyond good, but I was hoping to stroll around the city today and try some Foie gras.

Before we got up from bed, he made love to me and called the room service for a full French breakfast by the balcony.

As I got up, I still had a satisfactory smile on my face. Still wearing the hotel robe, I opened the window to the balcony, and the view of spectacular Renaissance architecture took my breath away. It was an excellent idea for an oil painting.

“What’s our plan for today?” I grabbed the Viennoiserie and tore it in half before I took a bite.

“No plan. We go wherever our day takes us.” Knight sat so relaxed on the chair, crossed his legs with a cup of coffee in his hand.

“Really?”

“Yeah. It’s our honeymoon. We can do whatever we want. Maybe we’ll have lunch in a restaurant and then go shopping. There are a lot of places to visit and food to eat, and then we’ll have dinner at Bateaux Parisiens Seine River.”

“Looks like we have a plan, after all.” I couldn’t help but smile. The Knight sitting before me was so different from the Knight, the alpha back home who was always uptight, focused, and fearless. This man before me was so spontaneous and free-spirited, but the man I fell in love with was that Knight, the controlling, overprotective, and possessive alpha.

“What?” He sipped his coffee before grabbing a piece of pastries and spreading a jam over it.

“You can be you, baby. I want you to be you, the man I love. Knight Blackwell, the ruthless alpha who always barks orders.”

“This is also me. I don’t have to be that person when I am with you unless it’s necessary, which involves your safety or punching someone’s face for staring at my wife’s tits.”

I instantly looked down at my chest. The hotel robe was bigger, exposing my left breast. “Oops. I should have put my underwear on.”

“Leave it. I still want to eat you after breakfast, then we can go shopping.”

“No way.” I fixed my robe tightly. “You’ve had enough of me last night and this morning, but I want to max your card.”

He grinned evilly. “Good luck with that.”

“Really? You’ll let me?”

“What’s mine is yours. And it’s just money.” He just shrugged it off coolly.

“Why are you like this? You’re different. Is this the effect of what I did to save you?”

“Nirvana, I feel the same and don’t wanna talk about it. This is our honeymoon. Let’s have fun, okay?”

“Fine.” I drank the juice before I stood up from the breakfast table. I went to the bedroom, took off the robe, and lay naked in bed. “Don’t make me wait, Knight.”

A few moments later, he walked in and halted with eyes wide. “I thought-”

“Two seconds, you’re not in bed. The offer is over.”

“Fuck.” He threw the robe on the floor carelessly before he crawled into bed, only to grab my feet and drag me to the edge.

I sucked in a breath as he spread my legs wide. I was too exposed. I squirmed from his searing gaze.

“Oh, my love. You’re always wet and ready for me. Look at this pussy, my pussy and clit, so pink and ready for my mouth.” He licked his lips before he dragged his tongue in my opening.

As predictable as I was, I instantly moaned, pulling his hair and pushing his face down as I began grinding against his face.

He groaned in approval and satisfaction, and I shuddered, throwing my head back.

“God. You’re talented,” I said through breathless little moans. His tongue was amazing, and it drove me crazy.

“Fuck!” I jerked, crying out as he sucked my sensitive nub, scraping it with his teeth. And then he fucked me with his tongue, pressing his thumb on my swollen clit, rubbing it in circles.

It didn’t take long- I was crying out hoarsely at the raw sound of his name as the pleasure shocked through me. My pussy contracted around his tongue, my thighs shook violently, and my hips jerked into his face.

Knight licked me clean with a moan as if I was the best breakfast he’d ever had.

“Grandpa, I love you so much. Forgive me for not telling you.” I wanted to punch Dylan for telling my grandfather. The last thing I wanted was for him to worry about me.

“Kiddo, I love you, too, honey, but what you’re about to do is insane-the same reason your grandmother did not tell me about her family curse, and I know how Knight is feeling right now.”

“Grandpa, it’s an old book. At that time, there was no technology like EMP or missiles. Science and magic are related, and humans haven’t made a connection yet. Maybe there’s another way. Knight and I are still working on it.” Shit. I just lied to him.

“I thought you were in Paris for your honeymoon.”

“Yes, we are, but we talk about something more advanced.”

“Honey, I’d rather die than let you sacrifice yourself.”

“We have a plan, Grandpa. Just trust me, okay?”

He drew a deep breath. “Fine. Maybe you should talk to Victor. I’m sure he knows something.”

“I will once we get back home.”

“Okay, okay. Have fun, both of you.”

Knight hadn’t said a word as I ended the call. He seemed in deep thought.

“What do you have in mind, Knight?”

He met my gaze. I saw so many emotions in his eyes, and it was killing me that I caused most of it. “Maybe we should use high-powered weapons.”

“And ending up killing humans. The aftershock would still be catastrophic, Knight.”

“A lot more people will die if we let him win.” He had a point, but one question remained: could I do it? Knowing many centuries had tried, he still lived, wreaking havoc in the world.

I sighed as I put my clothes on.

“I can’t let you sacrifice yourself, Nirvana, if there’s another way, and don’t tell me there isn’t. I don’t accept that.” His eyes regarded me thoughtfully. “I’m not gonna lose the woman I love.”

I leaned over and kissed his lips. “Get up, and we have shopping to do.”

“Yeah. Let me make a call, then I’ll get ready.” Suddenly, he seemed to lose interest in going out to have fun.

“I’ll wait outside.” I left the room and waited in a sitting area. Before we were supposed to be going on our honeymoon, I checked if I was pregnant. I did it twice, and thankfully, both results were negative.

I heard footsteps approaching, so I got up and grabbed my bag on the chair, only to feel a sting in my neck. One moment, I was standing; the next second, I fell into his arms.

“Knight-” I hadn’t finished my words; my eyes fluttered close, and the last face I saw was the last person I expected to see in Paris.
