Rosalie didn't just see him as a brother-she even saw him as her son.

Sebastian's brows remained tightly knitted as he looked on with disdain.

'Where did this two-faced, pretentious brat emerge from? Doesn't he know how disgusting he looks?' he thought.

"Seb, why are you looking at me like that?" Yerick asked. "Why aren't you eating? Since Rose can't eat too much, you should eat more. Here, have some."

Yerick spooned some food into his bowl.

Sebastian was about to pull his bowl away, but he thought of something and kept his bowl in place.

"What did you call me?"

Did he hear him wrongly? Was he fit to call him by his nickname? How bold of this rascal!

"Since I call Rose by her nickname, it feels natural calling you by your nickname since you're her husband. I'll call you Seb from now on. This is great. I have both of you as friends now," Yerick said.

He sounded fake and pretentious to Sebastian's ears. Sebastian really wanted to punch him in the gut.

Rosalie turned around, and saw Sebastian's face change.

She said to Yerick, "Yerry, it's fine for you to call me by my nickname, but if you want to call Sebastian by his nickname, you should first ask him for permission. Although he is my husband, he has the right to decide."

Rosalie didn't want to force Sebastian. She could sense that Sebastian didn't like Yerick, and was just tolerating him for her sake.

No matter what, she had to consider things from Sebastian's perspective. She couldn't keep defending Yerick, as that wasn't fair to Sebastian.

"Oh, I'm sorry, Rose. I was too abrupt." Yerick put his spoon down, and looked solemnly at Sebastian. "May I call you Seb, please?"

He opened his bright, innocent eyes wide as he looked straight into Sebastian's eyes. He even bit his lips, as if waiting in anticipation. To Sebastian, Yerick was clearly trying to look bewitching.

He wanted to scold Yerick for being shameless and even suggesting calling him by his nickname. He wanted to call Yerick disgusting, and expose the latter's pretentious and indecent nature!

"No problem," Sebastian said. "Rose is my wife. Since you call her by her nickname, you naturally should call me by my nickname. Why should I say no?"

Sebastian held Rosalie's hand gently, and looked warmly and lovingly at her. At the very least, Rosalie treated him as her husband in front of other people.
