Chapter 726
In the ward, Sebastian kept yawning.
Where had Rosalie gone? Why hadn't she come back yet? Where exactly had Yvonne taken her?
The more Sebastian thought about it, the more worried he was. He was afraid that Rosalie had gone to see Theodore. If she met Theodore, would he tell her what really happened at the scene back then? Would Rosalie believe him?
Sebastian was so nervous that his heart pounded.
The caretaker outside the ward was dozing off. Sebastian glanced at the phone on the couch, and carefully tried to get out of bed.
Suddenly, a large hand grabbed his arm. Yerick flashed him a smile. "Don't move around. I'll tell Rose if you do."
"You brat! Let go of me," Sebastian said angrily.
The caretaker at the door suddenly opened her eyes and sat up straighter.
"Alright, I'll let go." Yerick loosened his grip. "But if you get up, I'm telling Rose. I'm her most beloved friend, so I'll take her side."
Yerick's defiant look made Sebastian want to punch him.
"I just need to use the bathroom. Don't you ever need to use the bathroom?" Sebastian asked.
"Nope. I didn't drink much water, so I can hold it in," Yerick replied, yawning. "Sebastian, just sleep. It's rare for me to share a bed with someone, especially with a new friend I just made."
As he said this, Yerick extended his long arm and hugged Sebastian.
Sebastian frowned. "Are you sick? Let go of me!"
"Nope. I want to hug you. It feels so comfortable sleeping together."
Sebastian, exasperated by Yerick's shamelessness, felt his anger rising. He flipped over and pinned Yerick down, ready to punch him. But just as he raised his fist, an angry voice came from the door.
"Seb, what are you doing?"
Hearing Rosalie's voice, Sebastian turned his head and saw her glaring at him furiously.
His fist froze in midair, as if time had stopped.
Yerick, seeing that Rosalie had returned, immediately put on a pitiful expression. He reached out his hand and asked for help. "Rose, please save me. I'm so scared!"
Yerick, with tears in his eyes, looked so pitiful that it was almost heartbreaking.
Rosalie quickly wheeled herself over to the bed.
"Seb, you're too much! I was gone for only a little while, and you already want to punch him."
Thankfully, she had returned in time. Otherwise, Yerick would have been beaten black and blue by Sebastian.
Sebastian immediately withdrew his hand and sat up in bed.
"Rose, it's not what it looks like," he said defensively.
"Then what is it?" Rosalie askedThis is property © NôvelDrama.Org.
angrily. "I saw with my own eyes that you were about to hit him. If I hadn't come back in time, your fist
would've landed on him. Yericks ne
nine years younger than you. How could you even think of hitting him? He's just a kid!"
Rosalie unleashed a barrage of criticism at him, leaving Sebastian feeling deeply wronged. Yerick had provoked him deliberately, but in Rosalie's eyes, he was bullying Yerick.
Sebastian wanted to tell Rosalie that Yerick wasn't as innocent as he
seemed, but he knew she wou

angrier, giving Yerick more chances to drive a wedge between him and Rosalie.
He absolutely refused to let that brat get the upper hand!
Sebastian suppressed his anger, and swallowed his frustration.
Sensing the tension in the room, Yvonne quickly interjected, "Oh, come on, Seb. Just apologize to Yerick already. Rosalie's right. He's so much younger than you, and no matter how mischievous he is, you shouldn't resort to violence.
