Domineering Love

Chapter 10 Don’t You Mean Mug Me

Chapter 10 Don’t You Mean Mug Me

Elizabeth tried her best to remain calm, but her face eventually paled out.

She knew crystal-clearly by heart how badly Marvin has been treating her over the past year...

But she would never think...that Marvin actually planned to send her for auctioning.

Even though Marvin was a possessive control freak, she never thought that he would actually sell her.

After Elizabeth stayed speechless for a while, she twitched her lips, “Why did you bother to cast a bone

between my older brother and me?”

Robert apparently despised and satirized Elizabeth.

He sneered, “I won’t stop you if you are willing to endure his cruelty. But I’m afraid that you would still

be grateful for him even after he sold you out in the future. However, for a girl of your age, it is harmless

to be stupid and that does not stop me from liking you.”

Elizabeth’s face was getting stiffer. She turned her face aside to avoid his touch, and said solemnly,

“Please have some self-respect. If you are just teasing me on a whim, it's better you move on to Content bel0ngs to Nôvel(D)r/a/ma.Org.

another target as soon as possible. You’d never run out of targets here at Riverside.”

She tried to jump off the desk afterward.

But Robert blocked her with his leg stretched out.

Elizabeth felt both anxious, even numbed.

She didn’t know Robert very well, but judging from Marvin’s grievances towards him, this man was

extremely powerful and dangerous.

If she didn’t make it out of the office soon enough, it’s hardly predictable what might happen to her.

She pursed her lips, and suddenly raised her head looking into his eyes boldly.

“Does Mr. Williams want to force yourself on me? That wouldn’t be in line with your noble status,

though.”

Robert gazed at her stubborn little face, sneered and lifted her hips with his big hands, and hugged her

down from the table.

Elizabeth finally was on her feet, but her heart was pounding fiercely.

The man was so strong that he picked her up like she was just a small animal.

His voice was low and profound, and his deliberately slow tone seemed particularly bewildering.

What Robert had said were imprinted in Elizabeth’s mind and she would never forget them.

“You can’t force happiness, you know, especially for a beauty like you, Miss Elizabeth. I’d prefer you fall

for me willingly. And don’t be afraid, I am not going to force you to do anything.”

He smiled insidiously but also showed a kind of gentleness that was solely for her.

“You may leave now. You’ll realize I am actually a way better choice than Robert when he makes you

cry. I will treat you thousands of times better. Elizabeth, you will pick me in the end, willingly.”

...

Elizabeth rushed out of the office and left rapidly.

She all Robert’s scent all over her. She couldn’t get him out of her mind even she was now farther

away.

She did some research on Robert Williams. He was older than Marvin, and he was already thirty-two.

Besides, he was already a successful and ruthless businessman with greater power than Marvin.

Why would a man like Robert sincerely pursue her? He was either cooking something up, or he was

just messing with her.

The words that Robert last said felt like a spell cast on her and she couldn’t stop thinking about it.

“Elizabeth, you will pick me in the end, willingly.”

...

Elizabeth was working in the afternoon, and she came home after at dusk.

It wasn’t even dark outside when she arrived, however, Marvin had come home earlier and he was now

sitting on the couch in the middle of the living room.

Elizabeth was keeping her head down. She wanted to ignore him and go back to her room upstairs

immediately.

But Marvin caught her, “Come on over.”

Elizabeth stood there with hesitation all over her face and mumbled, “I’ve got homework to do. I will be

upstairs if you need me.”

Marvin always caught all of her subtle emotions. After all, they’ve been living under the same roof for

ten years. He knew her well.

With his eyes half-closed, he said impatiently, “Hurry up and come over. Don’t you mean mug me!”

Mrs. Brown overheard what happened in the living room. She hurriedly served Elizabeth a mug of tea,

“Miss Elizabeth, please take a seat and enjoy some rosebud tea. Mr. Bennett asked me to prepare this

for you. It would help ease your discomfort during menstruation. Did you have menstrual cramps

today?”

Elizabeth had menstrual disorders. Every time during her menstruation, she would suffer from agony

and heavy blood-flows.

But she only found irony in what Mrs. Brown just said. She sipped some tea, and said, “I didn’t know

you’ve got time to care for making rosebud tea, my dear brother, that’s so thoughtful of you. You know, I

would appreciate it if you could just mind your own darn business in your pants instead of worrying

about getting into mine.”

“Quit bugging me! Didn’t you learn your lesson!” Marvin said with subtle madness.

Elizabeth’s anger was lit up. She could no longer bear the sight of Marvin.

She finished her tea, put the mug down, and walked away.

Marvin immediately snapped. He ran to grab her arms and picked her up on his shoulder easily. She

was carried into the bedroom. He kicked on the door and it was closed with a slam.

Marvin threw Elizabeth on the bed. She climbed up, looking fearless.

“Are you horny, my dear brother? Well, let me call Ann for you, or maybe some call girls if you’d like.

But please keep your hands off me from now on. Screwing my best friend’s fiance makes me sick! And

I don’t want your money. I will apply for loans to pay for my mom’s medication bills. I can get by with the

money I am making.”

Marvin exploded with fury. He walked upwards and grabbed her hair, with his hand raised in the air

getting ready to slap her, “Are you out of your mind, Elizabeth? I would slap the hack out of you!”
