I can’t believe it!

Bruno proposed!

There are alot of things going on in my mind, what if the ring isn’t my size, Steven is watching, he looked desperate, desperate to see me get hurt or embarrassed.

I closed my eyes and let my lips do their thing.

“Yes”I mumbled.

I heard Bruno scream, he hugged me tightly, so tight that I couldn’t even breathe.

His mom looked happy too but can’t tell about his father , his uncle and cousin sister, ofcourse and her husband Steven, but his other young cousins, sister and granny are the real shippers, they seem so happy about it.

He brought out a box from his pocket and opened it.

Inside the box was three different sizes of diamond rings and ofcourse I can tell my size.

I choose the second to the biggest size , then he put it in , it was a perfect fit.

I hugged him in tears.

I whispered, he really saved me the mockery of the ring size stuff.

Then we stare at each other nose touching eachother like they’re pushing us to kiss, I stared at his lips, as it lits up a soft smile, giving me a flash of his white teeth.

His young cousins started chatting

“Kiss kiss kiss”.

Grandma teased covering the eyes of his two underage cousins with her palms.

I was melting with shyness, I hope this is a dream I never get to wake up from!

Well wishers and our Co workers started pouring in, with their birthday gifts for Bruno, many looked quite surprised to see me there before now. They looked like they got lots of questions to ask me.

I told Bruno that I want to go home and come back for the night party, my mom must be worried about.

So glad he accepted without hesitation.

“Don’t stay long please”he said to me, I smiled back then I sighted Peaches chatting with a group of girls.
