Rosetta woke up with heavy head in the morning. As soon as she opened her eyes, she saw Skyler standing in front of her and she frowned.

“You?… What the fuck are you doing?”

Skyler sighed.

“Here we go again”

She frowned looking around and realised that she is not in her bedroom, she is in skyler’s bedroom.

He was standing by the coffee table and was doing something with tray of juice and medicines. He was shirtless and that made her eyebrows furrow.

She looked at herself and saw that she is in his shirt.

Skyler noticed her confusion and sighed.

“Don’t worry… Nothing happened between us”

He said and she glared at him.

“You were drunk and…”

He paused.

“I’ll let it be for you to remember…”

Rosetta closed her eyes frustratingly as she couldn’t recollect anything but slowly her foggy mind cleared and she remembered the glimpse of last night.

She tried to sat up but couldn’t. She frowned when she noticed chains around her wrists which was binding her to the bed.

“What the hell is this?”

She growled at him.

“I did it so you won’t run anywhere”

He replied and sat beside her on the bed and looked down at her. She was still lying flat on the bed.

“Last night you were calm and was ready to listen me but I wasn’t sure that you will remember it or not so I decided to wait…”

He confessed.

“I am not in a mood to listen your lies… Take this off…”

She gritted.

“No, I won’t… You are going to listen like a good girl.”

He stated.

“You think you can stop me with these ridiculous things.”

She spat.

“No, i am not going to stop you Rosetta. I’ll set you free when I am done explain myself…”

He sounded serious.

“And after that it will be your decision, if you want to come back to me or not… If not then I won’t be in your life anymore.”

Rosetta looked at him with deep frown. She has no idea what is he going to do or say.

She remained silent.

“I was wrong…”

He declared.

“I was wrong and selfish when I married you, Rosa… Vlad was saying truth, I married you just because I wanted to piss him off…”

Rosetta scoffed and looked away angrily.

“My father was set to marry me off… I wasn’t ready to share my life with some random girl without any meaning but when Vlad called me, I got the purpose… And that’s why I decided to meet you.”

He continued.

“When I saw you for the first time, I understood why Vlad is crazy for you… You were coated in dirt and was messy still that couldn’t hide your beauty. You doesn’t need any makeup to look beautiful. Your eyes mesmerized me in the very first meeting… You woke up something in me which compelled me to make you agree for this marriage… And somewhere I was aware that you are marrying me because of Vlad…”

Rosetta kept her face straight, not wanting to get affected by his words.

“As days started passing, I started attracting towards you. Your behavior, mannerism, nature, everything was attracting me but i never believed in love or you can say that I never wanted to believe in it… I couldn’t understand what is it and named it lust… I wanted to have you…. It wasn’t in the plan but I couldn’t resist whenever you were in front of me…”

He confessed.

“I accept it, I was wrong to manipulate you in this… I did to torture Vlad…”

He closed his eyes in regret.

“Enough”

She clenched her jaw.

“Let me go”

“But that’s not the whole truth…”

He continued ignoring her words.

“I fell for you… I never imagined that my plan will backfire. I couldn’t realised when I started loving you… Now when I think about the past, then i realised that i wasn’t faking it. My every word and feelings were honest. When I confessed to you, I was in love with you… It was just hard to accept…”

He looked at her.

“Trust me, I tried my best not to fall for you and to keep you away from me but everything failed… I failed miserably…”

“That day when you went Missing and came back with bloody clothes, I literally stopped breathing for a moment. That day I realised that i fear losing you… I don’t want him to take you away from me… I lost it when your grandfather kept us away. That distance was unbearable…”

He said.

“I know I wasn’t good husband or lover but I am regretting every moment of it… But I don’t regret making you fall for me.”

He stated and she glared at him.

“Yes, I won’t regret it because somewhere I knew that I am in love with you too… I don’t regret having sex with you, I don’t regret sharing my life with you… Only thing I regret is, i used it to make him jealous…”

He gently caressed her cheek.

“I don’t regret loving you… My love wasn’t fake, it just took me too long to understand it.”

“If you are done then set me free…”

She replied coldly.

Skyler sighed. She wasn’t ready to listen.

He hovered over her making her frown.

“You love me… You still love me Rosetta. You have confessed it last night.”

He whispered closer to her ears.

“You don’t hate me”

He kissed her cheek gently.

“You want me as much I want you…”

He placed another kiss on her neck and she closed her eyes. His touch was making her weak.

“Tell me you don’t want me and I’ll stop… Tell me you don’t want me, you don’t feel anything when I touch you, when I kiss you…”

He whispered.

“You have to give us a chance Rosa… You can’t punish us like this…”

Skyler freed her from the bounds and sat up.

“You are right”

She said and he looked at her with hopeful eyes.

“I have already confessed everything to you last night so there is no use of playing hide and seek…”

She sighed.

“I love you skyler, I still love you because it wasn’t fake and it’s certainly not easy to forget everything and move on just like this… I still like your touch and n all that, it’s true… I also did some stupid things to make you feel bad or jealous but it was so immature of me…”

She looked at him with watery eyes.

“I love you but that doesn’t mean I’ll let you use me however you want… I can’t forget what you have done… I can’t trust you anymore… And relationships can’t survive without trust… It might be your mistake or whatever reason you had but the thing is, you think it is right to play with my feelings… I still don’t trust you skyler, I don’t know if you are saying truth or not…”

She took a deep breath.

“Loving you was my mistake and can’t continue doing it further… I can’t stay in a relationship like this… I am sorry”

Skyler’s face fell when he heard those words but he was expecting it.

“I love you but i am sure I’ll get over with it…”

She said while getting out of the bed.

“We are not good for each other…”

She wiped her tears and started walking out .

Skyler looked at her with sad face and tear slipped from his eyes.

“You won’t see my face again Rosa… I won’t be in your life anymore, if that’s what you want.”

Rosetta’s heart clenched in pain and more tears escaped from her eyes but she refused to turn back and look at him. She knew she will become weak.

She wiped her tears and ran away from his presence.

Skyler grabbed the pillow and threw it angrily while screaming in frustration.

“I won’t come to you, Rosa… You will come back to me by yourself… I haven’t given up yet…”

He said madly.
