Chapter 124 - Months later

Raphael POV

It’s been a few months since Alex died. The news hit Gabe hard obviously. Because of that, I decided

that it was for his own good to be followed by a children’s psychologist. He stopped talking and became

a really sad little boy. It is understandable. But I want the best for him and I hope that he can forgive me

someday.

He’s looking more like me in every aspect. Not just physically but psychologically as well. He is the

quieter of the three. He likes to play with his siblings but most of the time he likes to sit on his own

playing with Lego.

“What are you thinking about?” - Olivia asks as she approaches me and places both her hands on my

shoulders from behind.

“Tammy, Alex, Gabe” - I let out

“He is going to be okay” - she says walking around me and sitting on my lap. Her arms crossed behind

my neck.

“I know he will, he is making some progress, but he shouldn’t have to live without his mother from such

a young age” - I tell her.

“I know” - she says rubbing one finger on my face - “but you are an amazing daddy and he is very lucky

to have you”

“Thank you” - I tell her kissing softly her lips.

I take a deep breath and decide to change the subject.

“So, excited for tomorrow?” - I ask her and her eyes go wide and she smiles.

“Excited is an understatement “ - she says standing up.

“I have a couple of meetings today but I will see you at dinner” - she says standing up and walking into

the dressing room.

Olivia has become the madam president of the charity foundation she created.

The charity is mostly supported by mafia money. Most of the donations are from people involved in

crime and trying to do some good. Ironic I know. But hey, everyone has a soft spot for kids. The charity

takes care of children in need. Either child that became orphans or just children that live in precarious

areas and need an escape from the crime. We give them a place to live, education, a future.

Olivia is very passionate about it and she is working very hard. Anna is working with her on the charity

and John left his job to join Olivia full time. There will be a charity event next week and she keeps

talking with event planners trying to get everything ready on time.

I couldn’t be prouder of her.

Tomorrow is the MET Gala. Olivia has been having dresses fitted, hair and makeup trials, it’s been

crazy. But she is so happy that makes my heart explode with happiness.

Work has been going great for me. The company has got a big deal with two new top chef restaurants

and one five star hotel.

Tim has been doing so well and I have been always so overwhelmed by work that I split the company

into sectors and Tim is taking care of all the restaurants' side of the business while I take care of the

rest. He has an assistant that let us say is helping him in more way than one.

I stepped back a little so I could enjoy my kids growing.

The papers and magazines keep focusing on Olivia now. We asked for the privacy of our kids and we

made a deal offering them all a couple of days a month with juicy photos os us in the park. During the

rest of the days, my kids get to have a “normal” life.

Mike is almost two years old now. He is such a special little boy. Caring and cuddling. He spends most

of his time with Maria and baby Mel. They are as if attached to the hip because of the proximity of age.

It’s beautiful to see.

Where one goes they both go.

Mel 18 months old and she is walking around like she owns the place. She a stubborn little princess

and if things do go her way she has some tantrums. We are trying to change that behaviour.

No daughter of mine will be a brat with inconsequential behaviour.

Olivia asked for the psychologist opinion and he gave us some tips and we are trying to change that.

Gabe as I said before is a mini me. And I couldn’t be prouder.

We started training combat. He is learning karate. You might think he is too young but I need them all to

learn self defence. And they all will.

Gabe seems to me to be the one following my footsteps with the mafia.

Olivia comes out of the dressing room and my heart skips a beat. She is wearing a fitted knee length

dress that show her curves in the right place.

“Where do you think you are going dressed like that?” - I ask her while I grin

Olivia laughs and kisses the top of my head.

“Dress fitting and then the meetings ” - she says and I take a deep breath.

“Again?”

“Oh, no, for the wedding “ - she says and that’s when I remember that out wedding day is just around

the corner as well.

Fuck.

It feels like it was yesterday the first time I saw her. The first time I look at her beautiful green eyes and

I fell for her. I didn’t know at the time what that was. I thought it was lust. I thought it was desire but it

was all of that and a lot more.

“Miss Black, I can’t wait to be able to call you mrs Lockwood “ - I tell her

“I can’t wait baby” - she says now wrapping her arms around my neck and kissing me.

People say that relationships become monotonous, people create routine and the. They get bored.

That never happened with us.

People say that with time sex becomes less frequent. That really doesn’t happen with us, if anything I

feel more attracted to her now than ever. Our sexual life is great. Couldn’t be better if I’m honest. I am

able to ravish her everyday. I have Olivia screaming my name every night. Her voice, her smell, her

touch, it all drives me insane. It all makes me lose the plot.

Hello everyone.

So there’s only 7 chapters left.

They won’t be updated the next seven days.

They will be a lot longer chapters but as it is the end and I want it to be perfect it is taking me sometime

to write them down.

I will take a couple of days to write each chapter.

There’s very high hopes for the Gala chapter. I want it to be absolutely perfect and it can’t be rushed.

So the next chapter will be updated on Wednesday 20th of January. I know I will have backlash from

this. But the entire book will be updated before the end of the month.

As I said before I am not a full time writer. I hope you all understand.
